UATO TRAINING ASSISTANT
Position 1
( Based in Singapore )
The Singapore Flying College, a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines, invites applications to fill the above position.
Responsibilities include:
-
Conducting of UAPL theory and practical classes
-
Upkeeping and maintaining records of all (UA and non-UA) training and administrative events
-
Ensuring operational readiness of the UA personnel and UA equipment
-
Performing basic UA maintenance works and updating of firmware
-
Providing support in the deployment of equipment for UA training events.
-
Developing UA related course content using SFC learning management software and other IT tools.
-
Supporting training department with formatting of materials and manuals (including non-UAPL materials)
-
Coordinating and planning physical and human resource allocation between training department and other departments (including non-UA related activities)
-
Coordinating with customers on training requirements and details
-
Performing routine and non-routine administrative duties for the training department (including non-UA related activities)
-
Rostering of instructors and allocation of resources for programs conducted by the training department (including UA and non-UA related programs)
-
Assisting with any other tasks required to support the training department in terms of scheduled courses.
Qualifications:
-
Possess a valid UAPL (rotorcraft rating) issued by CAAS.

Minimum Diploma holder

TRAINEE AVIATION GROUND INSTRUCTOR
Position 2
( Based in Singapore )
The Singapore Flying College seeks suitable candidates for TRAINEE AVIATION GROUND INSTRUCTOR positions.

Minimum academic qualification required is a GCE “A” level/Polytechnic Diploma. Degree in Aviation related studies will be advantageous.

Strong passion for aviation industry and willingness to learn.

Good communications skills and command of English language

Strong dedication and drive to be the best in assigned duties.

Successful candidates will be provided with training for the position of Aviation Ground Instructors. Candidates who do not possess ACLP qualifications will be required to undergo the required training to attain the certification within a stipulated timeframe.

( Based in Regional Base in New South Wales )
Singapore Flying College is looking for an Administrative Officer to support operations at our regional base in New South Wales.
Administrative duties will include:

Record keeping and updating of operational publications

Control and Issuing of equipment
-
Verification of records
-
Liaising with vendors
-
Helping coordinate flight operations
-
Preparing monthly reports
The ideal candidate will possess:

Good communication skills, both oral and written

Computer Literacy

Meticulous attention to detail

Good time management skills
-
Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident
Training will be provided for individuals with no experience.
