Associate, Business Development

Position 1

( Based in Singapore )

Singapore Flying College is looking for talented, passionate and motivated individuals to fill in a vacancy for the post of the Business Development Associate position to assist the Business Development Department in its marketing strategies to drive brand awareness.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews via email.

  • Liaise with potential customers and internal stakeholders regarding interview availability and follow up on assessment status.

  • Assist with the planning and implementation of marketing material

  • Assist to maintain the organization’s website and social media platforms; content creation.

  • Track, optimize and evaluate online channels (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).

  • Evaluate campaign performance and data analytics.

  • Assist to design corporate gifts and brochures for events. Source and procure services from vendors for manufacturing products.

  • Liaise with external vendors and agencies

  • Provide marketing support for onsite and offsite events and other ad hoc duties as required.

  • Assist in the preparation business plans according to project timelines.

  • Support department administration

 

Qualification

  • Diploma/Fresh Graduates in Aviation Business Administration; or Marketing,

  • 1 to 2 years experience in Marketing is preferred.

  • Effective interpersonal and communication and writing skills.

  • Proactiveness and willingness to learn.

Associate, Human Resource and Administration

Position 2

( Based in Singapore )

Singapore Flying College is looking for talented, passionate and motivated individuals to fill in a vacancy for the post of the Human Resource and Administration Associate position to assist the Human Resource and Administration Department.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the Recruitment process

  • Be able to update and generate HR reports

  • Assist with the implementation of the HR system

  • Coordinate travel requisitions

  • Verification of payment, invoices and staff entitlements

  • Provide both HR and administrative support to the Department

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Fresh graduates

  • Must be able to work in a team

  • Positive attitude and good Interpersonal skills

  • Meticulous, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

  • Demonstrable experience of working in a support team 

  • Ability to concentrate and work in a fast-paced environment 

  • Flexible and adaptable and able to accept changes and adjust accordingly
