Assistant Manager 

Position 1

( Based in Singapore)

The Singapore Flying College is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the Assistant Manager position in the Simulator Department.


Candidates are required to meet the following selection criteria:

•    2 years of experience in the Aviation industry.  Experience in Simulator training activities will be an added advantage 

•    Familiar with training techniques, programme development, operating procedures and standards.

•    Designing Multi-Crew Pilot’s Licence (MPL) programmes for the airlines.
•    Familiar with the regulatory compliance of the Safety and Quality procedures

•    Computer literate
•    Highly motivated, achievement oriented and possess good interpersonal and presentation skills
•    Analytical and meticulous, able to multi-task in fast spaced environment. 
•    Willing to learn and adapt to changes. 

The successful candidate should be a highly motivated individual and be able to work independently for the oversight of simulator and compliance related matters.

 Aviation Ground Instructor

Position 2

(Based in Singapore)

Applicants should have:

•    Completed the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) ATPL theory examinations or equivalent.
•    3 years teaching experience. ATPL teaching experience preferred
•    A minimum academic qualification of an equivalent of GCE “A” level/ Diploma.
•    Good communications skills with a strong command of English
•    Experience in developing training materials (PowerPoint, Computer-based training etc).
•    Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) qualifications*

*Selected candidates who do not possess ACLP qualifications will be required to undergo

the required training to attain the certification within a stipulated timeframe.

Licensed Aircraft  Maintenance  Engineers

Position 3

( Based in Jandakot, Western Australia )

Singapore Flying College operates a fleet of Analogue and Garmin G1000 Cessna C172R aircraft. We are looking for a self- motivated, multi – skilled individual willing to contribute to the Company as a valuable team member.

Selection Criteria:

•    Must be qualified B1.2 LAME
•    Exclusions removed E2, E3, and E37. (Preferred if Excluded E1, E4, and E5)
•    Preference to have experience in the above aircraft type.
•    Good Communication and interpersonal skills
•    Computer literacy

The following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:

•    Minimum 4 years’ experience as LAME
•    Have proven experience in General Aviation
•    Familiar with C172 VFR and IFR equipment.
•    Good computer literacy.
•    Hold a valid Driver’s License
•    Familiar with the Aerotrack (Maintenance system)


This is a permanent full-time role. As a LAME you will be required to carry out maintenance activities as directed by the Chief Engineer/Deputy Chief Engineer. These activities will be, but not limited to:

•    Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of airframe, engine, and electrical systems
•    Performing all maintenance in accordance with the approved manuals
•    Supervise unqualified maintenance personnel and follow company policies and procedures.
•    Follow policies and procedures as set out by CASA.
•    Ensure documentation is true and accurate.
•    Issue Aircraft Maintenance Release after completion of work
•    Carry out troubleshooting and defect rectification on SFC aircraft

We provide a well-equipped workshop with excellent working conditions and job security, where safety is the priority on all maintenance activities. The hangar facility primary focus is to service our own aircraft.
